I don't really like Thursdays though. I always expect bad traffic on Thursday mornings, draggy meetings on the afternoons and so far, I have never been proven wrong. But today I want to make use of my lovely vibes to dedicate a welcoming post to my favourite month of the non-Islamic calendar lol you get the point.
Hello August, I can already see you peeking through.
Despite it being my favourite month for you-know-why, I can foresee that it's going to be the busiest month ever. Just looking at my planner right now, my weekend is filled with events and travel plans. Can actually see my moolahs flying out of my pocket too but it's okay everything will come back to its right place at the end of the month, if you know what I mean.
I have so many things to settle this month because *drumrolls* I'm finally going to my honeymoon with Sansan by the end of the month! So I really want to get everything done just so I would never bring my workload with me on that day. But of course there are a lot of other things that I look forward to such as... going back to Miri again! Yes I just went back last week so it's pretty rare that I get to see my family and my hometown twice in a month. I'm also looking forward to have my brother on this side of the world. Makes me feel closer to home, you know, having another family member who is just one drive away.
It's making me all giddy - all these plans in tow. I always get stuck in between these two emotions whether or not I should welcome it or just brush it off. I'm trying my best to welcome it all with an open heart because I'm currently at this manic stage where I said yes to every freaking thing that is tossed at me so it's ok. Let's just get it all over with, okay?
This exciting phase will also mean that soon I will succumb to another withdrawal so before that happens, let's just embrace this moment okay?
BYE, JULY!
