I don't think it's hard to tell that Ain is actually a Malay name, right? But whenever my interviewees or people that I liaise with via emails started calling me on the phone; they would start asking me how to pronounce my name right after I have spoken and I always reply with "it's the Malay name, Ain" with a not so ikhlas chuckle at the back because it's not really a complicated name but I would always get replied with, "what, that Ain is it? But you don't sound Malay at all!". OK, I know I shouldn't be offended but seriously.
Not here to talk about that ok sisters and brothers. I'm actually pretty annoyed with the aftermath of Sarawak's election. I'm not talking about the results because it's predictable considering the Adenan fever but it's the backlash from the other side of the country that got me so blegh-you-guys-need-to-take-a-chill-pill kinda angry. It's like dude, the opposition lost, get over it. But that would make this writing effort pretty useless. Their backlash simply conveyed that Sarawakians are stupid for voting for that Jibby but dude, you need to put that aside and actually find out what's going on in Sarawak for you to have the audacity to evaluate our intelligence level lol I lol-ed so hard at this because first of all,
None of them voted with Jibby in mind, I dare you to ask each and one of them. We all know that old guy can't do shit for Sarawak anymore so what do we do? We turn to the one who could hear our voice and actually do something about it. Like I said, spend a year or two in Sarawak before you could simply say that Sarawakians are so naive and easily manipulated wow, some people need more mirrors in their homes it seems.
I don't support that particular party, to be frankly speaking but I have nothing against their manifesto especially when it emphasizes on the well-being of Malaysians as a whole but let's be honest here for once, there were too much talking than walking going on for the past few years and Sarawak's new CM has proven himself that he could do more than just that. Is it the Sarawakian's fault that their leader is more reliable than the rest who carry the same party's name? Brrrrr, I don't even wanna start on that.
I love it when people try to educate me on my state of origin and when I gave away all this, they tell me it's not that every other Sarawakians has the same mindset as mine. Lol we were born and bred in Sarawak, what the hell were you trying to say? In fact, these stupid angry bollocks should just be grateful that Sarawak's voices are now being heard because believe it or not, THIS is going to be the reason something's going to change in the central government. Our Tun M (note that the use of "our" here shows my utmost respect and love for this old guy, nothing cynical going on here) could see everything behind this victory and yet you think he should stop worrying about our country already?
Some people never learn. Click here to at least let yourself see the clearer picture behind this massive win by them Adenan team OK. It's so heartbreaking to see how divided we all are in this when we all certainly know that unity is the only way to fix this. My political opinion ends here, let's never ruin my blog with this kinda thing again thanks.
